I first discovered speech therapy while watching a memorable episode of Educating Yorkshire in 2013. I was captivated by the story of Musharaf who presented with a stammer and discovered life changing strategies when working closely with his teacher. In that moment, my goal switched from helping people to becoming a speech and language therapist. I'm so lucky to have discovered a career for which I feel endless passion.

Following my graduation from Manchester Metropolitan University, I have been fortunate enough to work across both NHS and private services. I have been lucky to gain experience working across a range of settings including clients' homes, children's centres, nurseries, schools and clinics.

My work in independent practice has provided me with an understanding of how important it is for each child to achieve success through consistent input from adults who know them well and are committed to helping them achieve their communication goals.

I'm passionate about working with your child, identifying their styles of communication and working together with the important people around them to design and work on goals. Children learn and engage best when they’re having fun so this will always be at the core of what we do whilst delivering high-quality evidence-based therapy.
